Feet, Function & Fun

This week I’m joined by Petra Fisher who is a movement coach with a major focus on improving function, especially at the feet (which is a big reason we get along so well).

She also is big on restoring natural and habitual movement behaviours like walking, squatting, hanging and ground living. Throughout the episode we chat through her own movement and barefoot journey, the importance of foot function as a foundation for movement health, her key strategies for improving our movement diet as well as the benefits of balancing a mix of work and play into our day!
