I bought the beginner beam to re-train my balance, strengthen my ankles, and generally improve my core strength.
I love this apparatus! Training is so much fun - the time just flies as I test my balance. And I’m really enjoying the training videos that come with the purchase.
It’s great that something so simple can be so challenging - and so playful and fun. I feel like a kid again.
I would highly recommend trying this out.

The whole family is addicted! We love the beam and are working through the online balance training program. Good balance is so crucial especially as my husband and I are in our 50’s and want to maintain an active lifestyle. Our kids (22 & 20) love it too and we are all reaping the benefits of the program…it’s working our feet, knees and core! It’s become a piece of our lounge room furniture!
Helpful combo of items, each with their own benefits. Beam is tricky but progress is apparent having used the full kit for over a month now. Videos are helpful to get the most out of these
I really love the Tasmanian Oak balance beam. I have it permanently set up in my lounge and use it every day. I'm really happy with how it is helping develop my balance and foot health.
