At TFC we believe in a ground-up approach to foot and movement health.
We call this a playshop not a workshop for a reason.
Hosted by Jim Dooner, the aim of this experience is to reconnect you with the joy of movement and empower you with the knowledge and fundamental skills you need to optimise your foot and lower body function so you can live a life full of play and free of pain.
Your ticket includes a SoleMate Kit (our ultimate foot restoration and balance training tools) which we’ll explore throughout the playshop, providing a solid foundation for you to develop a thriving relationship with your body - starting at the feet.

In this playshop we will cover:

✔ How to find the right shoe for you and transition to a barefoot practice

✔ Ground-based locomotives and developmental patterns for coordination and control
✔ How and why to build ‘ground-living’ into your daily life
✔ How to develop efficient and adaptable gait mechanics
✔ Integrating play into your training and life to enhance your physical and mental health

I've previously bought a balance beam and love it. This time I bought the toe spreaders and cork ball. The mini band was missing in my pack and the team were very quick to ship a replacement out. Good service has to be one of my most favourite things! Well done team!
It was informative and fun. We all need to do more of this and spread the word. Moms and kids especially need the information as we can lead little ones down a better path, before they get stuck in patterns. If I knew what I know now when I was raising my son, I would have had him barefoot much much more than I did!!
