It's amazing...but very strong. I will ensure I just use it for a few minutes at a time....not 30 mins. I activated muscles which I hadn't used before and soles are a little achy- but I love the kit , the videos are very good. Great product!!

Clever little product
Well made and cleverly constructed. Instructions are great to get you started too. I gifted this to my 83yo mother to help with recover post hip fracture. She’s loving it! So need to replace it for myself now too

Simple and effective tool
I love my TFC SoleMate! It is so versatile and provides a simple way to stretch and mobilize my feet! I also love the challenging and effective balance exercises I can do with my SoleMate! I’m just getting started, but I am looking forward to learning more and diving into more of the free training videos and resources!!💕

Great tools and fun!
Our family has enjoyed using all the tools. Apparently my feet are in the "best" shape in our family of four. Our 18-year-old twins were surprised they couldn't do some things...so we're all using it.
