Bought this kit a month ago and really enjoying it. It’s in my living room all the time and I use it a lot. It’s really fun and my toddler sometimes joins me which makes it even better :):) the cork material is very grounding.
I was very sceptical that these few really rudimentary pieces of equipment could do much to improve my poor balance, always painful, achy feet and general all over foot strength. Well I’m thrilled to report that my feet don’t feel like mine anymore!! They’re flexible, pain free and seem to be much stronger. Balance is getting better by the day so I can highly recommended Solemate with the caveat that you forgave to be patient and persevere daily. Expect some initial discomfort but this goes away if you use the equipment every day and as often as possible. Very satisfied!
