Kits + Programs

What a great weekend.
Instructors were very knowledgeable and very friendly.
I learned alot, and realised how much more I need to do and learn.
It showed me just what can be achieved.
Very much looking forward to doing another event

I waited along time to jump onboard but having made the leap much to my surprise my husband appears to be fully onboard. This weekend I will do the tests with his help and get ready with his support and encouragement begin on Monday.
The introduction was as good as the the quality of the product. It’s going to be interesting journey on so many levels. I will let you know how I progress.

Amazing weekend learning, exploring and having fun with Codie, Jim and the fabulous Bristol gang. Left feeling inspired, invigorated and keen to get guiding. I absolutely LOVE The Foot Collective 💚.
I highly recommend!

Loving my toe spacers and strength band. I’ve entered a whole new holistic world which makes sooooo much sense. I LOVE taking control of my foot health!!

Toe freedom!

Absolutely loved training with Jim and Codie this weekend and learning all their knowledge and wisdom on healthy, happy feet! 🦶 Had so much fun exploring how to play with them too which I thoroughly enjoyed!!

Already playing with all our new found knowledge and tools back home and can't wait to spread the TFL love far and wide to help with happier feet around the world 🌎🥰🤍

I’ve just completed The Foot Collective Guide training in Edinburgh and I’m leaving with happy feet and lots of new ideas! 🦶❤️

We worked a lot on foot exercises and balance and had great fun, while Jim and Codie demonstrated skills that made me question whether they are actually human! 😂

Best of all, I’m bringing home fresh inspiration for both my yoga classes and my patients as a physio. 🧘‍♀️🦶✨ One of the most important lessons: having fun during exercise makes a huge difference in improving compliance! 😊

Wicked course! Knew I loved the method and the people, but honestly had no idea what I was about to experience.
Finished up and love that I’ve got this string to my bow now 🏹
Codie and Jim are epic teachers, people and movers - so I feel privileged to have worked with them, but also to get their perspective on various aspects of the training.
Really excited to start guiding now!

TFC SoleMate

Only had SoleMate for a couple of weeks but it has already become a key part of my exercise routine. The tutorials are very good, well paced and informative.

At age 79 I have begun finding that there are occasions when my balance is not as good as I would like it to be. Having decided to address this issue I went ahead and ordered a Soulmate Kit. Something I had been considering for a while but now it was crunch time.
It is a beautifully engineered piece of equipment. Although I have not long been using it, I can already feel the difference in muscles around my ankles. At present I am getting used to finding my balance in the split stance. Once I fully have it down, and get more confident, I move on to the training programme.
The Soulmate is a worthwhile investment and you are never too old to learn, particularly when it’s health related. John
