FAQs

Whilst this program is designed to restore natural foot function and it will help resolve common foot and ankle issues, every case is unique and there may be other factors that need to be addressed. So for any specific condition or diagnosis, we always recommend joining the Explorer Community or seeing a qualified TFC Health Professional in tandem with the program.

We have a growing network of TFC Pros who offer tele-health services. You can find one near you on our TFC Pro Directory here.

No, this program is not eligible for health insurance claims.

Yes! Contact bookings@thefootcollective.com with your purchase details for assistance.

If you complete the program and don't see any improvements or benefits from the program we will refund the cost with no questions asked however we would love your feedback so we can continue to improve the program.

Nope. All of the exercises and routines have been designed without tools to make this accessible to all. However, some simple tools can make the journey easier and more enjoyable.

You can check out our full range here or try some of these cost-effective alternatives.

No mobility ball? Try a tennis ball. A balled up pair of socks can double as a hacky sack. And a strip of tape or rolled up towel on the ground is a great place to start if you don't have a SoleMate or balance beam.

All instructors are certified TFC Guides with professional health or movement qualifications to support individuals and groups on their foot health journey.
