What Are SoleMate Sessions?

SoleMate Sessions are the most direct and effective way to restore natural foot function, balance and overall lower limb health.

Guided by qualified health professionals at our Grange movement studio, you will experience the power of simple training tools (including our TFC SoleMate) throughout each class while also learning all the skills and practices you need to continue your training at home.

The SoleMate sessions are designed for people of all age as and abilities. If you can stand, you can start training your balance. Our experienced TFC Guides will show you how to adapt the training to meet you where you're currently at and help you improve.

All of the tools you need are provided but if you already have your own SoleMate or hacky sack bring it along!
