GET TICKETSLearn From The People Leading The Work
Meet the practitioners and educators speaking at this year's expo. Speaker sessions run throughout the day. Drop in, first come first served.
ANDY BRYANT
Andy takes a function-first approach to feet. Come with your questions for an open Q&A on common foot issues, natural podiatry in practice, and where conventional care often stops short.
TAHLIA WALL
Tahlia explores how ground-based movement builds strength and mobility through the whole body. Her session covers getting up, down, and around the floor, and why those patterns matter more than people realise.
Petra FISHER
Petra helps people stay strong and capable through every decade. Her session looks at what active aging actually takes, and how to keep building capacity at any stage of life.
JIM DOONER
TFC's Head of Training. Jim will walk through why balance is more than standing on one leg, and how to train it like a skill that progresses over time.
Heidi Jones
Heidi is a local Bondi podiatrist and lifelong runner who built her practice around foot strengthening rather than orthotics. Heidi is the co-author of "Older Yet Faster" which focusses on running well into older age.
Keith Bateman
Keith is masters athlete runner with multiple age-group world records and he is co-author of, and technique coach behind, the "Older Yet Faster" method. Keith's work focuses on how small changes to how you run can keep you running for life.
THOMAS WILLIAMS
TFC's Head Physiotherapist with over a decade working with chronic foot conditions and how they shape whole-body movement. Tom's approach links foot biomechanics, breathing, and the nervous system to help people move better.
