from 2278 reviewsI have been enjoying the Foot Restoration Program. It is teaching me to care for my feet and body with movement. I like the very gradual progression and the way we are encouraged not to push too hard, to prevent injury. The exercises have all been doable (at 55 I don’t have a specific foot condition now, but have had sesamoiditis twice for 18mths and plantar fasciitus in the past). I am finding walking in barefoot shoes more comfortable, and am becoming more mobile generally. As someone who has resisted exercise in the past, I am feeling a sense of achievement and hope for the future of my feet!
A bit fiddly at first to get on. Build up the time and they are great.
Firm and warming
Wild toes are great for someone who already has a bunion ! Have improved my feet ! I wish I had used them years ago before my bunion developed. Wild toes along with bare foot shoes are the way to go for healthy feet !
Good solid cork ball. Decent size for working on the feet but also gets into the glutes nicely!
I have just started with the tools and training online and my toes have gone from frozen stiff to spreading!! Still have a long way to go but feeling very inspired with the change already. Jane
The program is helping me to bring strength and flexibility back into my feet, ankles, knees and hips, improving my balance. The instructions are easy to follow, the theory sessions are informative and the exercises simple. Really enjoying the program.
I am a reasonably active 84 year old but with feet feeling the effects of being jammed into high heel fashion shoes for most of my working life. This program is just what I was looking for, a way to improve the flexibility and mobility of my feet and toes and beyond. After six weeks of this program, my toes and ankles are starting to move more freely and I really look forward to when I can splay my toes and move each on command. I find the information very helpful. The Phase I of well structured exercises and daily routines, have helped me to slow down and build strength . I am really looking forward to Phase II over the next six weeks to build on that foundation.
This is the best thing that could have ever happened to my feet. I was having foot pain for almost two years. After seeing health professional after health professional I did not get closer to an answer untill I found TFC. I am working on getting my feet stronger and pain free. This program is helping me reaching my goal by following a long weekly. I will definitely recommend it!
After attending a Foot Collective Workshop at Kawana on the Sunshine Coast many years ago, I haven't looked back. I was given a lot of knowledge to help me move forward and ahead after a fall which impacted greatly on my feet and ankles. I started slowly with the toe separators and the cork balance beam. Now I have the Soul Mate. I'm also fortunate to go to a small gym (Worx Health & Fitness, Maroochydore)that insists on barefoot training and
incorporates a lot of balance and foot work. I am in my 70's. Thank you Foot Collective.

The soul mate is such a well designed product. It is easy to store and transport and it can be used for a variety of exercises.
Having just finished week 6 of this program, I feel I've improved both my sense of balance and my foot strength, based on the progressive nature of the program. I've gradually moved away from using my orthotics during this period and am confident I can relinquish them completely by the end of the program.
Great bundle of content with daily guided exercises to build foot strength. Love it
