Incredibly useful equipment. I like to use it as a morning routine the wake up my body and nervous system. Also, it makes a workout routine more fun and challenging.
I have tried a variety of equipment to aid my feet. However the SoleMate is my favourite. I find it seems like a natural aid, is pleasing to use, and is helping strengthen my feet and address my bunion troubles.
I am so glad I attended this workshop. Nathan the facilitator was fantastic, really knowledgeable and approachable. As well as leading a really fun and challenging group session, I was able to ask him about my own feet and with a few simple questions he was able to offer some really insightful guidance which I have been able to put into practice straight away 😃

What an awesome collective of such simple tools that have made a huge difference to my feet in a few weeks together with the online exercise regime aka Restoration, the team provide. It all makes sense as to why we land up with Plantar F when we contain our feet in tight shoes! Release them and go with the stretches and Solemate tools provide and you will feel and notice the difference. Only one thing holds you back from having happy feet- not employing the tools and following the exercise regime. Thanks Jim and your team for these magic little tools. :)
knowing abit about feet already i was curious to give the workshop a try. Nathan was a great host full of knowledge and very helpful, it certainly put fun back into training and restoring, i will be looking to give more of the foot collective ideas a try. i am particulary keen to give the explorer membership a try

I attended the TFCworkshop in Bristol. Nathan was an excellent guide to a series of fun exercises interspersed with loads of useful information about our foot health.
I have had foot problems since I was a child and recently thought I may need more surgery. Then I found the Sole mate and I am stretching and using my feet in ways I didn’t think poses le. The activity sheet that came with is provides fun tips and games to play and I take tha bands to work too and stretch my toes under my desk. Free your feet and they’ll quickly thank you for it!
I really enjoyed doing this program. My leg and foot strength built over the 3 months. My balance has definitely improved. My foot pain is still present, but it has changed, and I have changed in my approach to my pain. I am now seeking clinical support for my pain, which I had not done previously. I'm very much looking forward to continuing my foot and lower leg journey. This has been a solid start.
I already have the SoleMate so I purchased toe spacers, toe band and the cork massage ball to accompany these. Fantastic products, I use the massage ball on the soles of my feet and on my calf muscles daily to loosen them up. The toe spacers are great after a long day on your feet. All easy to use and very effective.
I discovered Solemate at the right time for me. Having increased my sporting activities I have been struggling with Achilles tendinitis- this is helping my recovery and strengthening other joints now which in turn is helping my outcome on court. Highly recommend solemate. The best thing about it is the access to the work outs via the QR codes.
The toe spacers are easy to use. They’re more expensive than others I’ve seen, but they seem like a quality product, and I really like how, by buying the product, I’ve gained access to helpful videos and emails about foot health. Hopefully im on my way to curing my foot pain, and taking the very first steps (if you’ll pardon the pun) towards having strong healthy feet as nature intended.
