This is great as it works muscles which normally don’t get a stretch or work out.

Super soft silicone toe spacers and mini resistance band has been such a help in my foot recovery journey.

I have been using these nightly as part of my treatment for metatarsal bursitis/plantar plate inflammation. It amazes me houw they give me pain relief at the end of the day, being on my feet walking. I recommend these to clients with arthritis in their feet and are getting great results.

My TFC set sits quietly in the sitting room space so I’m reminded to take a few minutes out of my day as I walk past to use it. Even if only to roll the roller under my feet for a moment. It doesn’t take long to do a few manoeuvres, and I’m often laughing at myself as I wobble about. My balance is improved and I feel stronger in my general movement. Love, love, love the cork!!
