How quickly strength, foot resilience and overall general progress in feeling better with the program returned was nicely surprising. I’m Starting to prefer to not be in my cushioned runners with orthotics - next step will be to move to natural footwear. Wish something like this was out years ago but next best thing is it’s here now.

This was a lifetime experience for me and I'm forever grateful to have been a part of it as the training during the 2 days was extremely detailed in it's theoretical part as in it's practical part and was really packed with a whole lot of opportunities to bring this knowledge to the world in a successful way and the support of Jim, Mac, Tom Nathan and all the team behind the scenes, which are amazing humans, makes it even more great!! Can't recommend it enough if you really want to lead by example and change the world 1 little step at a time! Go for it!
So well thought out, very forward thinking, everything explained so well and by people that really know what they are talking about and care about your feet and the importance of getting you back on them and to better foot health. So glad to have found them :)
I developed PF in October, saw Andy Bryant and am now obsessed with the mechanics of feet! The Foot Restoration Program has been absolutely awesome so far and I've seen a huge improvement in my feet..... really enjoying the exercises and am finding my feet are much more receptive to the ground.

This program is turning out to be very doable. Things are starting off pretty slowly, the app is very straight forward and easy to follow. I love following along with Jim. I found during the first week I was encouraged to do 5 sets of the exercise whereas, without Jim and his encouragement I probably would have stopped at 3. Looking forward to the next 10 weeks!
I’ve just completed week 2 and I’m really enjoying the course! It’s providing me a consistent time each day of focusing on my feet and gently building strength. The classes are short and easy to follow. I have some past injuries in both feet and already I’m noticing that one foot has more pain than the other, and less range of motion. I’m optimistic these problems will improve as I apply guided effort each day.
I’m Enjoying using the TFC Soulmate I invested for the future self. My feet haven’t been something I’ve been looking after health wise, like the rest of my body, so after hearing about the product on a podcast, I was intrigued and looked into it more. The product is very well made, and there are loads of videos to show you how to use it, for your best results. It feels great after your spend some time stretching, exercising and thinking about your feet and what they need
I have had my Solemate for a few weeks now and have used it most days - my feet already feel stronger and I have less pain now with plantar fasciitis in my right heel.

I love my sole mate. I use it at my standing desk whilst I’m working to stretch my feet and calves. I use it with clients to work on their balance. The foot roller is amazing for releasing tight feet and the bands are great for strengthening exercises. I love how light and compact it is! So easy to take anywhere! I even travel with it!
Hallux Rigidus and plantar. It’s not fun. I reached out for some tools and education. I am following my updates which I receive via email after purchasing and really impressed with the level of support, the description and tuition on videos. So far so good
Well I'm so glad I jumped on this Foot Restoration Program. The program is so comprehensive in education and exercises. I never knew how important it was to move the toes, circulation improved with small little exercises. I am flat-footed and was always told I needed orthotics until I came across the education of the foot collective, and also the mindset section in the manual so enlightening. I've also realised through the lessons that my left hip pain is die to my gait.
I'm loving the whole program. Mobility as I age is very important to me and for years being given wrong information re shoes, and squabbling our poor tootsies I to ill footing shoes for fashion. Thank goodness everything is changing. thanks FC for this wonderful program. Value for money.
