Although many household objects could be used instead of the foot collective SoleMate, it is such a niche package it is worth splashing out on. I have it just lying about in the living room and play and explore it whenever is come and go. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for fifteen minutes or more.
I vary what I do and refer to the YouTube posts for ideas.
I have struggled with a lot of foot and lower back pain. Since using my foot collective Solemate I have already notified a significant reduction in pain. I also find the exercises a lot of fun which makes it easy to commit to the program!
I saw it back on shark tank and new It was long term in life it was worth it to keep balance, eye hand coordination and keeping your brain vigilantly healthy of your body’s position in all situations as it doesn’t matter what age you are it teaches your brain and body to work together in order to keep you safe and secure and less prone to injury and falls.
This is my second TFC SoleMate and I'll be taking this one for my mum in Czech Republic as she is on her journey of strengthening her feet!! So I hope this will help her even more and she will enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine! Because truly, in combination of switching to Vivobarefoot shoes and using TFC SoleMate I have fixed my plantar fascia issue I had struggled with for over a year ! I wasn’t sure how good this would be but I’ve been very impressed with it and the training videos to help use it effectively. The videos cater for every ability and are well paced with clear instructions. I will be at the green level for a while I think which proves to me how much I needed it to improve my balance ! I’m really pleased I decided to purchase the SoleMate !
