So glad I attended this workshop. Theory incorporated with practical exercises done at a comfortable pace. It was fun. I took comfort in knowing I’m on the right track to keep free of injuries in my current sport endeavours and life in general. This would have been a get tool to have in my competitive triathlon days.
An excellent program that’s very easy to follow along with, using multiple ways to follow along. Also having the accountability sheets really help me be consistent. Highly recommend
I didn’t know what to expect but I am walking better without the calf strain, more balanced, standing taller and feeling better overall and that is only half way through the program.
I am about to start week 5 of foot restoration program. My feet are ALIVE ! The program is so manageable , and makes perfect sense ! Love the podcast, theory, and play ( as Jim says ) . Well done guys ! Keep up the great work!
This program just made me realise how unaware I have been about the most important part of my body...my feet. Can not recommend this program more.
Hi, I am in my eighties and my Pilates studio did not have a set of TFC Sole Mate.
Got them a set and now I can enjoy them at home and at the studio. The Best since sliced toast.

Have just completed a 6 day hike and my preparation using the SoleMate was invaluable. I carried the MiniRoller with it made a big difference. Love it.
I have been avoiding my foot health for too long by relying on orthotics instead. Now that I have committed to the Foot Restoration program and bought a Solemate, the strength in my feet and legs has improved along with barefoot balance. Additional podcasts, videos and exercises on YouTube and in the program help to enhance my education and make me more confident.
I decided to commit to the Foot Restoration Project and so far (I’m part way through week 4) really good! The program is so well structured and easy to follow. I love the follow along lessons and the podcasts.
I am 68 and so far I’m finding the program totally doable. I am always looking forward to the next session which is so good.
It’s important to me to continue to strengthen my feet, my lower body and my balance. I definitely feel like I’m on the right track 😊
I’m currently fortunate that my foot health and general health are pretty good although I do manage some plantar fascia issues.
I am 4 weeks into the program and am super impressed with the clarity of expectations in the support/learning material and have found it easy to build the training into my day.
I have already noticed a greater awareness of my feet although I’m not sure if that’s from more sensations, being more aware of my feet sensations or a probably a combination of both things.
Enjoying the program and looking forward to the next few weeks.
Essential for our overall health. Should be in schools & colleges. I am loving it
