I had the most amazing weekend at the TFC Guide Certification in London! It was the first time I felt like I had found my tribe of people, all sharing the same passion and interest for foot and lower body health, play and movement. I learned so much that weekend, whilst having tonnes of fun throughout. I particularly liked going out after for an evening meal with everyone, where we could get to know each other on a more personal level. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to go deeper on the subjects mentioned above and to join an amazing community of like-minded people.
I have been following The Foot Collective for a while and implementing some of their exercises and advised for feet health as I have a lot of issues with my feet. Participating in the workshop was very rewarding and fun, time just flew, great team but also it was a good experience, I will be implementing all their advice to continue improve my feet health.
This has been a life changer for me. I have been battling with plantar fasciitis. Trying so many gadgets that hurt my heel. I purchased this with the 12 week program that utilises the soul mates kit. I’m only a week in and my feet are feeling a lot better. It’s such a comprehensive and detailed program and fun. These guys really know their stuff and it feels like a one on one therapy session. I will be doing this foot training for life. Not only nursing the injury but as general much needed care our feet need. Thank you for a wonderful program and tools. Ive recently started using the kit. It's deceptively difficult, I thought id be more capable at balancing! It's also funny. Id join a local class if there was one near me.
I've always suffered from tired, aching and sometimes painful feet. Footwear is becoming so difficult as nothing seems to help and I have been going down the road of more supportive and cushioned shoes for years. I honestly thought it was just me and so to come across the foot restoration and sole mate programs is very exciting. I have been working through both programs for a few weeks which has been easy to follow and has lots of additional information. I understand it will take time to restore better function in my feet but fully trust in the process and I know the commitment will pay off in future years. Highly recommend for anyone who suffers with their feet but also for anyone, just to keep your feet and body healthy, especially if you do a lot of activity /sport.
Yesterday in Bristol, I attended my first TFC workshop held by Nic. Having various issues with my feet and tight ankles, I found it very informative, interspersed with a few exercises on the sole mate (I have one at home - never really used it!). I shall certainly try to transition to more barefoot footwear in the future and do my foot exercises as Nic showed us. Here's to healthier feet!!! Thanks Nic.
I put off getting the soulmate thinking I would make do with a piece of dowel and a rolled up towel. Once the soulmate arrived it became obvious how convenient and compact it is. Plus I can take it on my travels and not miss out on the fun and benefits of training daily!
I highly recommend the products and especially online courses of TFC - they‘ve helped me develop my foot strength and mobility and reclaim the ability to walk and run barefoot.
Love these products for the foot pain I was experiencing but also the plethora of education videos that have really opened my eyes to foot mechanics, footwear and exercies I can do to help manage my bunion issue. Highly recommend!
I’ve done the intro and the first four days of the restoration program, and some tools lessions, and it’s great! After whirling around at social media, saving different tips, my head was spinning of exercises from different people, probably both good at what they were doing and… not so good. My head spun and I really didn’t get anything done to heal my Achilles tendon and strengthen my feet. I came across The Foot Collective, bought the program and a kit and felt relieved, ignoring all the social media rumble, focusing on the program and getting sh*t done.
I find the program safe and steady, and very easy to follow. As it seems one gets maximum output for minimum input: A lession is about 10 minutes and gives you tools to set up your own programs, both quick and extensive, as you wish, along the way,
These are so comfortable and easy to use. I wear them in my Xero shoes when I walk the dog and during my barefoot exercises. I can really feel the correct muscles being activated. My toe issues are improving as my strength improves. Highly recommend cheers M. Tanna
