I love playing on my new beam! I haven't done any "training" or checked out any of the available TFC resources (I plan to do that soon), but I've been spending lots of time getting comfortable balancing in place and stepping forward and backward. I've gotten a lot better over a relatively short period of time! It's very fun and I definitely feel more foot stability as I walk around after spending some time on the beam.
I am dealing with morton’s neuroma as well as other muscle pain conditions. I purchased the balance beam with foot optimization kit. The tools and videos are proving to be very beneficial, as well as fun, which goes a long way in keeping me consistent with my exercises. I am seeing improvements already. Keep the new exercise programs coming!
Ecellent product
I'm starting slow (ball, band, spacers), but I made sure I have all components available for when I expand my exercises. All items are very well made and durable. In looking forward to using these for a long time.
I absolutely love my balance beam, the texture is great, it’s beautiful quality, light but strong. In the winter I can’t get outside barefoot as much or my natural beams get buried by snow so I wanted one of these so bad and I’m so glad I went ahead and bought it, it’s even better than I thought it would be.
