SoleMate Sessions are the most direct and effective way to restore natural foot function, balance and overall lower limb health.
Guided by qualified health professionals, you will experience the power of simple training tools (including our TFC SoleMate) throughout each class while also learning all the skills and practices you need to continue your training at home.
If you can stand, you’re ready to get started.
Every session is designed to be accessible for all abilities.
Our expert coaches are there to help you scale all of the movements to meet you where you’re at on your movement journey.
