After experiencing pain walking, standing or moving, I found TFC and started my barefoot transition - using the tools and attending the workshop enhanced the range of movement, and the pain is no longer Best investment ever!

I recently attended a TFC Workshop in Paxton with Katie. I have had pain in the back of my knees for some time and was hoping they could give me strengthening exercises. The very next day I was able to stand without any pain. I immediately ordered the Foot Restoration Program and have been following it everyday since. After 10 days, I'm still out of pain. I have numerous issues with my feet and ankles (bunion, hammertoe, limited mobility from multiple ankle sprains, etc). I became aware of Foot Collective last year when my PT used the Solemate. It was fun and I loved the idea so I got one but eventually stopped using it. When I started having more pain this year, I picked it up again but didn't really know what to do. Then, I found this workshop! It was great to learn some of the WHY behind letting your toes splay and the importance of walking barefoot (even for a short time). Since the workshop, I've been doing a little bit every day and my feet already feel a lot better. I look forward to slowly swapping out my shoes and trying to do more. Definitely worth while!

The training in London was interesting and fun. I had been using the blocks for balance at home but had not looked at any videos. This session spurred me on. I have recommended the course to others since attending.
