Natural, healthy human feet have toes that spread apart and don’t touch each other - we call them “Wild Toes”.

The alignment of our toes greatly influences our foot function, balance and efficiency of movement.

This alignment can be disrupted by modern footwear which leaves our toes cramped, stiff and deformed.

Toe spacers are the ideal accessory to use with our free online Foot Training to help reclaim natural toe alignment.

✔ Pair of toe spacers (one for each foot)

✔ A Latex Toe resistance band

✔ Lifetime access to TFC Foot Training System

Our toe spacers are suitable for all adult foot sizes and are made of 100% silicone so won’t irritate anyone with a latex allergy.

    Foot training can help:

    ✔ Realign the toes

    ✔ Stretch intrinsic foot muscles

    ✔ Improve balance

✔ Relieve foot pain and tension

    ✔ Improve posture and alignment

    ✔ Increase foot mobility

From Toe Woe to Toe Pro!

My painful big toe bunion received a little toe bunion for Xmas :(… after 3 weeks with my Wild Toes the improvement was surprising and significant. So much so my wife wanted a pair and I’ve just purchased the Sole Mate to step up my game further. Helpful videos & support, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

    FAQs

Our products and training are all aimed at improving foot mobility, strength and control as well as whole-body coordination and balance.

This training combined with a transition towards ‘natural’ footwear (and spending more time barefoot) is the best way to restore natural foot function.

Most people will find that this process will improve their condition and reduce or eliminate their pain, however there can be many other factors that contribute to the experience of pain and individualised guidance is key here.

We reccomend starting off with 10-15 minutes and then gradually buidling up from there. However, to restore natural foot fucntion your feet need an active approach that includes progressive strength, balance and mobility work which is why we created the Online Foot Training System (which comes complimentary with any Foot Restoration tool). So get proactive and create a daily foot function routine!

So that you can use one toe separator for each foot, at the same time!

TFC Wild Toes are Suitable for all adult foot sizes. They are designed to stretch across all foot widths.

To clean your Wild Toes gently wash them in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use.

Silicone can become sticky when natural oils from the skin come into contact with water.

    1. Wash your silicone wild toes with hot water and a grease-cutting dish soap.
    2. Leave the wild toes slightly wet and apply a good amount baking soda to any greasy areas.
    3. Gently massage the baking soda into a creamy paste.
    4. Allow the baking soda paste to dry on the wild toes, which may take a few hours.
    5. Wash the wild toes again in hot, soapy water to remove the dried paste, ensuring it's all gone.
    6. Dry the wild toes, and they should be clean and ready for your next use.
