The recent workshop we attended in Brisbane was such a good foundation for us - we got to work out a bit and have fun on the day, and we came away with a much better understanding of how to keep moving forwards, with practical exercises to build better movement patterns from the feet up! Jim was friendly and fun, whilst also sharing a huge amount of knowledge. Highly recommend.
As a PT the workshop gave me lots of ideas to share with my clients but also made me aware of how little time we usually spend on making our feet strong and how much work I still need to do on mine. Will be encouraging my clients to go to the foot collective workshops and learn to integrate this into their weekly training with some home practice. Thanks guys, the workshop was great, well organised and backed up by easy to follow online videos.

I have been to several sole mate sessions recently and have brought others to share the benefits. I find the classes quite challenging and helpful for my balance and body strengthening. They are also fun, interactive and personable. I’m very glad to be part of the mission. Thank you.
