While our classes are a great way to help you start putting your feet first and improving your balance, everyone is different and we always recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional who can properly assess your individual needs and determine the best path forward for you.

The classes are designed for people of all age as and abilities. If you can stand, you can start training your balance. Our experienced TFC Instructors will show you how to adapt the training to meet you where you're currently at and help you improve.
All of the tools and yoga mats you need are provided but if you already have your own SoleMate or hacky sack bring it along!
