This program is just what I was looking for, a way to improve the flexibility and mobility of my feet and toes and beyond. After six weeks of this program, my toes and ankles are starting to move more freely and I really look forward to when I can splay my toes and move each on command. I find the information very helpful. The Phase I of well structured exercises and daily routines, have helped me to slow down and build strength . I am really looking forward to Phase II over the next six weeks to build on that foundation.
This is the best thing that could have ever happened to my feet. I was having foot pain for almost two years. After seeing health professional after health professional I did not get closer to an answer untill I found TFC. I am working on getting my feet stronger and pain free. After attending a Foot Collective Workshop at Kawana on the Sunshine Coast many years ago, I haven't looked back. I was given a lot of knowledge to help me move forward and ahead after a fall which impacted greatly on my feet and ankles. I started slowly with the toe separators and the cork balance beam. Now I have the Soul Mate. I'm also fortunate to go to a small gym (Worx Health & Fitness, Maroochydore)that insists on barefoot training and
incorporates a lot of balance and foot work. I am in my 70's. Thank you Foot Collective.

The soul mate is such a well designed product. It is easy to store and transport and it can be used for a variety of exercises.
Having just finished week 6 of this program, I feel I've improved both my sense of balance and my foot strength, based on the progressive nature of the program. I've gradually moved away from using my orthotics during this period and am confident I can relinquish them completely by the end of the program.

As someone who already has a sole mate and uses it regularly I still benefited from this workshop. It was awesome to solidify some knowledge and have a bit of fun looking after our feet. I learned a few new exercises I'll add to my daily routine!
I signed up to the Foot Restoration Program after purchasing a soul mate and already being familiar with TFC great videos. I liked the idea of having a clear and structured programme to follow that did a bit of the thinking for me in terms of where to start to a) address an ongoing issue and b) improve overall foot function. The programme is easy to follow, the booklet comprehensive and videos easy to train along with. The podcast episode is easy to listen to while I’m going about my day. I’m nearly at the half way point and I can already see some difference in my foot issue but more importantly I have a much better understanding of my limits and what I need to work on. Despite being in barefoot shoes for 5 years, I don’t consider myself a gym bunny so I was expecting to find it all challenging. But I’ve been happy that my foot strength is already good in some places from being barefoot for so long and this means I can focus on the areas I need to continue working on. My only barrier has been myself, trying to create a routine and put aside time for myself in this way each day. The sessions don’t take that long but it has been eye opening for my own wellbeing how some days I’ve prioritised other things ahead of that so it is helping me in a more holistic way, not just with my feet which is a real bonus.
I have truly enjoyed this program . The pace and movements are easy to incorporate into my day. What I’m
most impressed with is how my knees, hips and shoulders have started to open and move as they should. I am gaining so much from this program and can honestly say I miss it on the days we are to rest.

The foot collective toolkit is a lot of fun to use. The toe separators are helping my toes, and I enjoy how the cork feels under my feet. I'm excited to put the toe band to use. Overall, I feel like my legs hurt less and my feet are getting better.
Footprints
After suffering from plantar and Achilles issues over the past year, I decided to take my foot strength to the next level. I’m enjoying following the sessions, and already feeling the benefits. As a regular ultra marathon runner with very high insteps, maintaining foot strength and mobility is crucial, and these tools really help
