A Life Changing Experience
One of the best things I have done in my life. Has taught me the essential values the tripods in our feet are to the human body, for blood flow, balance and strength. I have religiously completed the daily routine excercises and the associated hip excercises, twice a day. This has corrected knee issues and a painful right foot bunion I had previously 'just put up with' as arthritis or the ageing process before (I am 63 yrs old and have work as a gardener for the last 18yrs). This product and the associated excercises and learning process, together with gradual weight loss since covid have without question changed my life. So inspirational! This kit is great! I’m loving it more and more. Initially I bought it to soon after an injury so I had to patiently wait to heal enough to get the most out of this kit. But I’m so glad I got it.
The emails from this company are so helpful, with exercise info and inspo. So goood.
I did buy some other toe spacers online else where for very cheap but this kit is so well put together i recommend just buy it and enjoy the support and info in the foot collective emails.

The answer is simple: Cork is 100% natural, biodegradable and completely environmentally friendly. Harvested from the bark of cork oak trees, the extraction process doesn't harm the tree.
Cork bark is incredibly durable because of its unique honeycomb cellular structure. The tiny sealed 14-sided polyhedrons contain 90 percent air, meaning cork bark can be compressed to almost half its size and quickly bounce back to its original shape like a resilient cushion. It’s essentially mother nature’s shock absorber, plus its natural properties are anti-allergenic waterproof and fire resistant too!

The best way to care for your SoleMate is to ensure your feet are clean before use. If you do notice your SoleMate looking a little dirty just use a sponge or rag and a solution of basic soapy water to gently scrub the cork.
Mold and mildew love wet cork so make sure you remove all the water from after cleaning it. Use a cloth and press on the cork to dry it. Once you’ve pressed out as much water as you can, leave the cork to air dry completely. Do not store the SoleMate until it is completely dry.
Each half of the SoleMate is 30cm in length and is 9.5cm wide.
