Superb!
I had my big toe plantar plate repaired in 2018, and have a bunion with overlapping second toe on the other foot. I've done lots of barefoot stuff and have worn Vibram 5fingers in the gym for 6 years & worn Correct Toes on and off...
But wow! This pack is a game changer! The massage roller is soooo much better than my usual hockey/lacrosse ball. I love balancing on the Sole Mate, I can actually feel my feet getting softer and more supple with each use. Definitely waking up with less stiffness! Feet feel stronger!
This is only after a couple of weeks!!
The only downside - the hacky sack is leaking beads every time I use it, so don't think it will last very long.
