I love my foot transformation. Using the solemate is hard but working on it every day is starting to make a difference. I feel my feet and legs are getting stronger. It's been a struggle since having both knees replaced. There's a lot of things o can't do but my balance is so much better. Loving my solemate. It goes everywhere with me.
The Solemate has been a fantastic addition to my weekly movement routine. Initially purchased to rehabilitate an ankle injury it has become an important tool, teaching me about balance and play.
I started with Wild Toes after getting a bunion from some cool looking but too narrow work shoes - definitely case of form over function.
Popped in the spacers and wore around the house. 20 minutes was all I could manage first time but after two weeks, can now wear them for a couple of hours. Toe band is great to stretch out the big toes.
Bought some natural shoes and feet have never felt better. I’m not going to hit the rocky trails and run in minimal shoes but wearing them for every other hour I have to wear shoes has been a life/foot changer.
So appreciate the time and effort that Foot Collective have taken to create this program. Its gentle, thorough, supported by science and goes at your pace. I've only done half the program at this stage and on that time, my feet have become stronger, flexible, have better balance and am now aware of just how differently I use the left and right foot (past knee injury) when walking. I have been through a fair few toe spacers options and the TFC ones are easily the best. Long lasting and really comfortable. I wear them a lot! The toe resistance bands are really cool, Again robust, comfortable and come with loads of resources to help you get the most out of them. The videos that Jim does as an accompaniment to all products are excellent. Highly highly recommended and when getting these products together there is even a discount. Well done TFC on some more really great products. (Solemate and Cork Mobility Ball also highly recommended)
I got the foot collective bundle and have been using it on and off for a month.I am awaiting a hip replacement surgery and with the pain and lack of mobility atm,I'm limited to what I can do. Even just doing the toe excercises has helped my feet so much,can't believe the cracking of my big toes doing the big toe elevated stepping forward. Can't wait to get into everything post op,I can see that it's so beneficial for all aspects of proper gait,balance and strength! Would recomend this to anyone!
