I purchased the sole mate bundle even though I have been wearing barefoot shoes for years. Even though my foot strength and mobility had improved by default I felt i was missing specific drills to further improve my foundation. In no time the whole family was trying to balance on the Solemate and pick up the bean bag. Great products.
I really like the daily videos, following along. It feels more like playing and exploring than traditional exercises. I feel I move around better after 2 weeks on the programme.

I ordered the same for myself, but I couldn’t send to two separate addresses. I look forward to trying them myself at the end of June when I collect them.

My feet constantly hurt from being on them all day long , using this has definitely helped with the pain but like most things you have to put the time into it in order for it to work

I'm into Week 4 of the Foot Restoration Program and loving it. The sessions are progressive and easy to achieve with a small amount of time put aside 5 days a week to do the sessions. Can already feel a big difference with my foot function and excited to see where the rest of the program takes me as I work towards more efficient walking and running.
