Purchasing both the Pro Kit and the Foot Restoration Program for my plantar fasciitis problem was the best decision I've made. My feet are finally improving and I'm excited to complete my journey to restoring my foot health.
Putting them on for the first time felt like my feet were coming home. Genuinely feels better on than off. I wish I had discovered Xero sooner - but c'est la vie. I'm considering buying their more 'casual' shoes as well. Hope Sole Freedom is able to stock more variety of colors.
This product was been a game-changer with with fixing my Achilles (which was killing me) and developing my toes and calf strength and lets's not forget about my balance coordination.

I discovered TFC over lockdown, been happily barefoot for a good few years now till overdoing it on a long hike in Wales, and been struggling since - saw they were doing a workshop and jumped at the opportunity. It has reignited my excitement and commitment to doing the exercises and get my feet back to being comfy barefoot. The instructors were all top notch, the workshop was super fun, interesting, eye opening and inspiring. Huge mix of people from all backgrounds, all getting stuck in - what a ln awesome session that was! Thanks!!

I bought my my Wild Toes after being diagnosed with a Morton's Neuroma and I'm gradually building up to wearing them for longer periods each day. They are much easier to use than I expected and I'm hopeful that they will help with my rehab. I'm also finding all the exercises and advice really useful, thank you!
In late 2024, I had surgery that removed part of my right calf. Many of the muscles that control your foot run up through your calf. While I was going to PT regularly, I wanted to do more to improve my foot flexibility and mobility so I could return to more of my normal activities. The Foot Restoration Program did all of that.
The 12-week program helped improve strength, gain flexibility, and improve overall foot function. I had not purchased an online program like this before, but I was very please with the content and explanations. The process was clear and the workbook gave good information to help with the journey. While I completed the formal program, I am still doing many of the activities daily to continue to improve my feet!

This foot program has been great. It starts out slow, but this really worked for me as I had to find time between work and being a mum of young kids. With the slow build up I found I could consistently fit the exercises in. The little wins were big, being able to do the exercise to the end, where I struggled before or level up my ability was very satisfying.
So glad to of discovered this program. Definitely recommend.
I came to the program to improve my balance and stayed for much better foot function. My calves, thighs, and rear are getting stronger too with the “foot” exercises. I also changed the kind of shoes that I wear by choosing a recommended brand on the Foot Collective Website. Since I have much more room for my feet with bunions, my toes have more space. I am happier with walking and working out and I am more agile on my feet.
