The Program made my feet sing!

I came to the program to improve my balance and stayed for much better foot function. My calves, thighs, and rear are getting stronger too with the “foot” exercises. I also changed the kind of shoes that I wear by choosing a recommended brand on the Foot Collective Website. Since I have much more room for my feet with bunions, my toes have more space. I am happier with walking and working out and I am more agile on my feet.

Foot Restoration Program well worth the effort

I am very glad I worked through the Foot Restoration Program. I had previously had plantar fasciitis but gotten past it. I was starting to have some foot pain again when I started the program. Now that I have completed the program, I no longer have any foot pain. My ankle dorsiflexion has improved. Climbing and descending stairs is noticeably easier as well.

Great Results

I undertook to foot restoration programme particularly hoping to improve the mobility of my big toe and at the end not only had this improved considerably but my balance has improved significantly and my knees feel stronger and less vulnerable to injury walking on uneven ground. I’m really pleased with these results!

Changes happen with the Foot Restoration Programme

I am lucky that I don’t have issues with walking and every day tasks but I was aware that I needed to improve my balance and the importance of this as I get older. This programme has given me so much more…… the exercises have opened my eyes to improved foot manoeuvrability and over all flexibility with the squat exercises etc. It is an easy to follow programme and I’m so pleased that I have taken this journey. Comfy and practical

The first week it was odd but the more I use them the better it gets. We are so use to wear cushy shoes. Once your feet start to really feel the soil you walk on then everything change for the better, starting with your posture.

My foot transformation

I love my foot transformation. Using the solemate is hard but working on it every day is starting to make a difference. I feel my feet and legs are getting stronger. I purchased the Zero winter boots mid winter. Not only ate they cool looking with the tan color and the off-white laces, after wearing them about a week I decided to ditch the orthotics that I was wearing and to my delight I have not had to use the insoles for the remainder of the winter. Now come spring, I quickly realized that I needed some summer shoes because the boots were a little too warm to keep wearing. I returned to Sole Freedom and was guided by friendly, and informative staff to help me pick out a lovely pair of Lems. This time I didn't even try adding my orthotics to them and I absolutely love them. I feel my feet are regaining their strength these past few months, which is amazing after wearing orthotics for the past 20-some years.
I love the fact that there is a store that offers many zero shoe options to try out. And the costs are comparable to the online shops.
Thank you Sole Freedom for helping me regain foot health. I will be back for another pair And I will continue to spread the word toybother wide-footed friends!

Comfortable and stylish

I found I never liked the look of knit ballerina flats and always opted for leather. Wow, I’m a believer now! These are stylish enough to wear to work and best of all, they breathe! No more clammy feet at the end of the day.

I have always enjoyed the TFC courses but they have been resonating more and more recently as I've continued farther along on my own clinical journey with patient care. I know a lot of nitty gritty stuff and sometimes that doesn't help me in the clinic as much as one might think.

The Guide Certification course is structured in a way that will help me present real, actionable, FUN, ways to help my patients. Ways to help my patients that won't require them to do so much mental gymnastics during their "home exercise programs." Instead, they can grab this easy tool (which happens to be a great visual cue reminder to do the "work") and get to playing. And through that play, they'll get so many benefits.

Also, the Guide Cert course has launched me on my own path for self improvement in a way that feels fun and engaging and challenging and humbling in all the right ways. No way to become a certified guide unless you put in the time and walk the walk!

10/10 would recommend.

Actually bought it for my wife …

I have been a SoleMate devotee for over one year. I have been singing the praises of the tools and program to my wife all along. I have switched to natural shoes. In fact, on the rare occasions I put on a pair of “ordinary” shoes they feel awkward and weird. My wife is really enjoying her journey too. She confers that in addition to a range of improvements in everyday mobility, the SoleMate exercises seem to really wake up your mind-body connection. In your movement nutrition metaphor, it’s like caffeine without the jitters.

Overall nice shoes

I usually wear deep minimalist shoes in life because common shoes make my legs ache and the former do not, so I was a little distressed to have minor aches with these shoes, but I got accustomed to them and they don't feel like hurting. I wear them whole shifts as a retirement home janitor and they feel good enough, they look neat. I'm not urging to remove them after work and that's a good thing for me. Plus the sturdy sole just won't break because I'm wearing them on my bicycle so hopefully they'll last long.
