from 2232 reviewsI am half through the Foot Restoration Programme and it is genuinely incredible. The pacing, the quality of the content, the differences I can already feel. I love the mix of having a manual, weekly podcast audio and training videos. Its great to feel part of a programme of continuous improvement. I came to this as someone who had already spent a lot of time in barefoot shoes but I am learning a lot and this programme is making a massive difference. For the more experienced barefooter this is definitely worth your time and effort. If however you are completely new to thinking about your feet (I think it was originally designed for that audience) it will be an absolute gamechanger. All exercises are scalable, supported and so well explained. The combination of knowledge and practical guided training is excellent. Well done to all at TFC. Highly highly recommended!
I was genuinely impressed by the amount of thought and care poured into this foot restoration program. It shows in every video, guide, and podcast. Even though I didn't start with specific foot issues, I started noticing a huge difference in my foot awareness after 3 weeks. I can't recommend this course highly enough.
Nicely paced so you don’t do too much but slowly building Started the squat week and not too bad after the first day
This is a great self help way to re acquaint yourself with improving foot function.
My feet are already becoming stronger and more flexible. The journey builds slowly and gradually but it works for me! I'm nearly half way through and looking forward to squatting next.
I have been doing the flexibility exercises myself and with my clients but hadn't ventured to the Solemate.

So glad I attended this workshop. Theory incorporated with practical exercises done at a comfortable pace. It was fun. I took comfort in knowing I’m on the right track to keep free of injuries in my current sport endeavours and life in general. This would have been a get tool to have in my competitive triathlon days.
An excellent program that’s very easy to follow along with, using multiple ways to follow along. Also having the accountability sheets really help me be consistent. Highly recommend
I didn’t know what to expect but I am walking better without the calf strain, more balanced, standing taller and feeling better overall and that is only half way through the program.
I am about to start week 5 of foot restoration program. My feet are ALIVE ! The program is so manageable , and makes perfect sense ! Love the podcast, theory, and play ( as Jim says ) . Well done guys ! Keep up the great work!
This program just made me realise how unaware I have been about the most important part of my body...my feet. Can not recommend this program more.
Hi, I am in my eighties and my Pilates studio did not have a set of TFC Sole Mate.
Got them a set and now I can enjoy them at home and at the studio. The Best since sliced toast.
