Excellent, great for balance, assist in stretching out toes.

Really pleased overall with the solemate and supporting training. Only drawback is that it seems using it on carpeted surfaces is already causing some damage to the edges of the cork and the sheer volume of content of training videos is a bit fiddly to navigate. But overall highly recommended and am noting improvements in my feet after a couple of weeks.

I appreciate the products and accompanying videos. I’m an avid walker and love being out hiking somewhere. I started having foot issues and didn’t find answers through traditional means so had to find my own way. I’ve only been using it for a week or so but definitely have noticed an improvement in that short period of time.

Have started using tools and watching your YouTube videos which are great so hoping I am now on the right path to resolving plantar fasciitis.

New to training this way but loving the online training guides and the Solemate feels well made.

Wild Toes

After 2nd visit today, taking my son with Down Syndrome, it has been a treat. He needs some laser work done and they are all so accommodating to his needs.
As for me, thank you Chantel for making me feel good about my feet again for the first time in absolutely years! 😀

Tried all the online cheap toe spacers and struggled to get any to fit my toes due to poor materials.These are the best and easy to fit.Noticing the improvement already.

Have had ankle issues since putting a big hole in my tibial plafond cartilage with subsequent surgery. This product has been great to get my stabilisers working along with intrinsic foot muscle strength. Lateral ankle pain has more or less gone. Great product with extensive instructional videos to get the most out ofc the product. A bargain.

My name is Francesca (Fanny) I am a Hypopressives Teacher, I live in Barcelona. Since I became a barefoot runner my posture and tecniche has improved a lot. I am very exited for going Bristol next September 26 to learn from TFC Team and become part of your comunity.

After significant injuries from a motorcycle accident, I had multiple surgeries as well as many screws and plates inserted into my foot. All components of the TFC Solemate Kit has been instrumental in my foot rehab. I am starting to see improvements in mobility, alignment and strength in both feet, but most importantly my injured foot. I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I’m off to a great start. Highly recommended!
