I really like doing the exercises. I think the condition of my feet is so bad that I am glad to have a feet specialist in my home area who I can regularly visit; e.g. to ask her if I do the exercises correctly and if I have a rather big reaction after an exercise, what does this mean? I have been having inlays and stable stiff shoes for about 20 years. I can do the exercises on gymnastics cushioning and they really seem to help me, but I come from far, so I will see where I will end. I like doing the exercises because we are doing them sort of "together" in film fragments.
The program is well structured and the exercises are explained clearly and are easy to follow with alternatives for different ability levels. I’m halfway through now and can see some improvement already. I’m not an expert but have read a lot about foot health and if you stick with the program, you will improve.
I really like these tools that are really well thought to fit the needs of your feet and are an essential for the Solemate training. But you can use them for a wide range of foot exercises. They have become a daily companion to take car of my feet and prevent injuries.
I have been doing this program I love Jim's follow along videos and podcast style knowledge sharing. This is great program to kickstart your neglected foot strength.
A little backstory before sharing my review of the TFC Guide Certification training in May 2026. After many years in nursing, my feet had become chronically injured and painful. I’m someone who believes in addressing root causes and building a strong foundation, and for years I was trying — often unsuccessfully — to piece together reliable information to heal my feet and the compensations throughout my kinetic chain.
I found TFC about four years into that search. Their balance assessment, Solemate kit, and step-by-step guidance were genuinely transformative for me. From the very beginning, I could feel my body adapting and strengthening from the feet up. It felt as though my brain was relearning and remapping movement in a more integrated way.
Because of this experience, I signed up for the TFC Guide Certification and flew across Canada to attend. Jim and Nick taught with both depth and generosity, weaving knowledge, wisdom, play, and genuine enjoyment into the training. I had so much fun learning & playing with everyone!
I am excited to contribute to building strength, play & community using the TFC materials :).
Awesome weekend with Nick and Jim. It was a fun course with these two and you take home a lot of underlying USEFUL information that isn't taught in schools where you pay thousands of dollars for information you may never apply.
I feel inspired and driven, and im excited for the next steps of my journey. 100% would recommend

J’ai bougé souvent durant les deux jours, et j’ai déjà observé que mes orteils commençaient à se redresser.
J’ai besoin d’être en relation avec les professeurs pour favoriser mon apprentissage et tous les deux, Jim et Nick, ont contribué en étant chaleureux, souriants et à l’écoute.
Les deux formateurs sont d’excellents pédagogues.

I absolutely loved this workshop!
I learned a lot, and it was intellectually fulfilling.
I moved around a lot over the two days, and I’ve already noticed that my toes are starting to straighten out.
I need to connect with the instructors to support my learning, and both Jim and Nick contributed by being warm, smiling, and attentive.
Both instructors are excellent teachers.

I'm on week 5 and I love how the course builds. I have big toe arthritis in one foot and tightness in the foot arch. This is making my toes feel less stiff.
I signed up for this program after I realised my feet needed some love and care. After an energetic dance frenzy at my 50th birthday party, my feet and ankles were incredible sore. I bought the Foot Restoration Program and am now into Week 4 of the program and loving it. I'm enjoying getting reconnected to my feet. I love the repetition of the exercises and am noticing the difference in how my feet feel and in my walking. Looking forward to completing the program.
Both the SoulMate and training video. The training is inclusive and although I am taking things slowly because of knee pain, my feet (always a problem) feel better after each session. I just have to keep at it.
So happy I started this program, from the first session there is so much practical info that can be implemented immediately. It’s fun and really encouraging! Thank you
