I bought the TFC SoleMate kit that comes with a 3-month Explorer Membership access.
First of all, I think the work that this team is doing all around the world is unique and exceptional.
The tools are wisely engineering both in the selected materials and the shapes, to fit perfectly at every exercise. The design is also space-saving.
I'm in the middle of the course now and it is truly well done. Not only Jim Dooner shows excellently the exercises, explaining in detail the instructions, but he also makes it fun and light, guiding you to stick to the program every day.
In the end, it is all worth the money and so really helpful in getting you out of pain, bad posture etc.
I sincerely recommend both the tools and the course.

I am half way through the programme and feel I am seeing results, not miracles but positive outcomes. The materials are top quality and easy to follow. It feels serious and built by people who are committed to change and challenge some current paradigms. It all makes sense and I only wish I had found it sooner. I cannot recommend too highly. Everyone should know about it. I think it may well have a profound effect on the rest of my life. I am not over stating.
I have been using the foot training program to help with a flare of plantar fasciitis. So far the training has really helped. The podcast sessions are also really informative.

I Love these TFC Foot sacks 💚💙. Well priced and great quality ( i did shop around and compare 😬 ) , my podiatry patients luv them . Such a great educational tool for young and old .
I started off with rolled up socks but definitely prefer the foot sacks for practicing my Blue belt flow. Keep in mind they are firm to start with, but with time and practice they do softer up, and it does get easier.
Love picking them up with my toes and throwing them at my kids, practicing flows with them on my head and improving my hand eye coordination with the ”flat, back, cup” routine s too .

A fabulous course. I can't believe the subtle and not so subtle improvement in my balance. Still using the exercises for rehabilitation of previous foot / ankle injuries and seeing steady improvement in balance and movement. So glad to have discovered this at 50, rather than trying to navigate movement in my 80's with balance issues. thank you!
I dithered over buying the SoleMate or another brand that is a lot cheaper. I was convinced by a couple of health professionals and it was the right call. I am SO impressed with the library of training videos available from the moment I bought the product. I’m not sure whether the videos are available indefinitely or for just the first 3 months. I wanted to focus on balance and strengthening the calves, but there are so many different exercises that focus on general foot and body health.
All 3 products are wonderful and very reasonably priced tools ro add to my foot strengthen kit. Also love The Foot Collective advice and help on strengthening feet for a healthier happier version of myself.

Absolutely loving using the SoleMate. The SoleMate itself feels really good quality and like it will last a long time. The packaging it came in is also great and I have kept it to use as storage when not in use.
Its super quick and easy to get started and the accompanying videos are easy to follow. I have found the training sufficiently challenging but still doable so far and am already seeing progress.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve foot health, strength and balance.
I have not been able to take full advantage of this program yet but can see the benefits with the little bit I have done. Tutorials are very informative so can't wait to get properly into the program.
I love the solemate, I’m working my way through the exercises. I can move my toes more after just a couple of weeks, the exercises are great for foot strength and balance, looking forward to seeing more improvements.

Kneels brah the lot..this is the beginning of forever feeling able, fulfilled and rested. It takes a little time to get use to, pushing past the initial pain but when you know its that good pain to have no pain, well!!! WALAH !!!🤣🤣👌🏽

I’ve recently started to learn about the importance of foot training and barefoot shoes. The rewinding toe separators. Ball and exercises are easing me into this journey. Tools are high quality and the online exercises are great.
