I have been using the toe separators now for 2 weeks and am building up each couple of days. It will be a long haul with my big toes I know, as they have been immobile for years with bunions.However the other toes are really separating, and I am not having any pain any more! Thank you for the helpful lessons.
After seeing the ad come up a few times on Facebook, I thought I'd give it a try. The product is great but the online training sessions made a huge difference. Very professional and well paced plus quite fun to do some of the balance exercises. Very pleased I made the investment in my foot health for now and my balance for the future .

I don't have any feet problems, but a friend introduced me to the Foot Collective and I am now on week 3 of a 12 week course - and already feeling more "planted" and with an improved sense of balance. Great stuff!

I am enjoying using the sole mate. It is improving my balance and foot function, which I am noticing already. My core is getting stronger and getting a good work out of my thighs too. I can't believe how little movement I had in my feet which can only be down to poor fitting shoes that are not foot shaped. I can't wait to see even more improvement over the weeks.
I have different problems on my feet. The right is larger and dominate. The middle toes look are permanently bent, small toes rotated inwards. The big toe has lost lateral movement. By using this toe expander for some 2 weeks every morning until the pain needs releasing by taking them off, I have some lateral movement on my big toes controlled by my brain and my other toes are not so naturally pushed together.
On my other foot I have a bunion on my small toe and have no lateral movement on my big toe.
Putting the toe expander on as per the right foot, the pain of the bunion is diminishing and more easily bearable. I am finding I am able to get a little lateral movement on my toe.
So far I am very pleased with progress, especially with the balls of my feet feeling more alive.

I've spent my whole life on my feet in all my jobs and it takes it toll.
I changed to wide toe box and barefoot 5 years ago, but I still needed more help.
I was in pain the majority of time I walked a 5k walk.

I leave my Hack Sack under my work desk as a reminder to do some foot exercises throughout the day. I find that it provides great feedback when I press or try and press each toe joint into the Hacky - to what movement is available or restricted. And as I am playing around, I can feel where the restriction/tightness is lightly lightly hold the toe joint on the tacky and wriggle a toe or toes to which I get a release in my foot which feels amazing.
These are things I never knew I needed. Trust me - I did! I’m having trouble splaying my toes - and balance is an issue. If I’d had these years ago maybe things would be better. Still grateful to find them at 65.
This tool works. I have been using this toe separator for about a year and my toes have gaps between them now. My advice is to begin with using the Wild Toes for 10-15 mins a day and gradually increase the time. I higher recommend this tool.
