This was a very informative and well-paced workshop - great information without an overload or judgement. The practical component was engaging and fun. There was scope to cater for varying levels of ability. I'd highly recommend this workshop to anyone starting the journey towards taking better care of their feet.
I’ve always maintained a fit athletic healthy lifestyle. As an Allied Health Professional I’m familiar with falls/hip trauma with the older population. Out of interest and for my own future of mobility into my 60’s I have started this program and amazed with the benefits already into week 5. My feet now feel more grounded, relaxed and they have a sensation of freedom. I’m more mindful of how restricted my feet were in the latest running shoe, casual or work shoe. My body is actually benefiting from the ground up.
These guys really know what they are talking about. My feet are so much more flexible. It has also made a difference to my knee’s and given me more confidence in my physical abilities. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend any age even if you aren’t having any problems with your feet.
I am amazed at how much I get out of this little pack. I’m already seeing my toes more spread after 3 weeks. My balance is improving using the beam. So many excellent routines on YouTube and the best bit is it’s fun!
I have been enjoying the Foot Restoration Program. It is teaching me to care for my feet and body with movement. I like the very gradual progression and the way we are encouraged not to push too hard, to prevent injury. The exercises have all been doable (at 55 I don’t have a specific foot condition now, but have had sesamoiditis twice for 18mths and plantar fasciitus in the past). I am finding walking in barefoot shoes more comfortable, and am becoming more mobile generally. As someone who has resisted exercise in the past, I am feeling a sense of achievement and hope for the future of my feet!
Wild toes are great for someone who already has a bunion ! Have improved my feet ! I wish I had used them years ago before my bunion developed. Wild toes along with bare foot shoes are the way to go for healthy feet !
I have just started with the tools and training online and my toes have gone from frozen stiff to spreading!! Still have a long way to go but feeling very inspired with the change already. Jane
The program is helping me to bring strength and flexibility back into my feet, ankles, knees and hips, improving my balance. The instructions are easy to follow, the theory sessions are informative and the exercises simple. Really enjoying the program.
