I am very happy with the purchase of the solemate kit, it is a quality material and the videos with the proposed exercises are very clear, fun and creative, I can follow them perfectly even though English is not my language (in my case, I also use them to practice English!). It's amazing that you can do so many things with the kit!

I've only had the solemate for a few weeks but already I can feel it's making a difference - as an experienced trail and ultra runner I thought I had strong lower legs before but this is finding me out and improving my flexibility and strength and balance no end. The wild Toes spacers are making a real difference to my gait which needed some work, they are comfortable and practical

It's silly you get a standing desk and your posture get worst as i used to slum onto one leg or the other and stop standing upright

Now I'm also activating my core and working on my posture and it's almost like a game if i can balance the the whole of a teams call :-)
