Great quality & feel underfoot with the cork. Fun too with the hackysack & our whole household is using it -with more formal exercises plus just having a balance on it as we walk past it. Love that you have access to exercise videos etc with it too

After a back injury, the need to look after my feet became paramount. Also suffering from plantar faciitis and a Morton's neuroma, along with back troubles, my gait changed.
I found the toe spacers uncomfortable to wear at first however with gradually increasing the time worn (by minute increments) I now look forward to the relief they offer my feet by stretching muscles , ligaments and tendons that my body had all but forgotten she had.
I take the opportunity to multi-task when sitting for a zoom call to use the roller with one foot and the cork ball with the other.....then swap them over. Love that I can do reflexology easily this way, as well as just enjoy the massage. I continue to explore this kit by keeping it nearby as a reminder to use when watching a movie.
I have now integrated this kit into my arsenal of self care.
This has really helped in rehabilitating pain I was experiencing from a broken toe that was causing tendonitis from the calcified bone. I am regaining my balance and I have shared my experience with many of my clients who are dealing with plantar fasciaitis and similar issues. Highly recommend.

As a dog owner I‘m always fascinated how their bodies are always ready to go from zero into full sprint and how all their actions are centered around play and social interactions. TFC has been such an excellent source to restore a similar approach into human movement and locomotion. The simplicity and focus on play really separates them from most other movement and rehab systems out there. I truly am amazed by the versatility of the SoleMate and my practice sessions never feel like directed training any longer but just having fun challenging my body and exploring new possibilities.
Such an amazing kit, the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. The quality is great and I love that it comes in a fabric bag to store. I’ve learnt so much and have made sense of many aspects of chronic pain I’ve suffered for so long.
One negative however is the program is really hard to negotiate. It’s confusing trying to find where to start and what to follow. I understand the challenge as there is such an incredible amount of great information.

Thanks to the Foot Collective and my Pilates instructor for reminding me I have to take care of my feet. Feet are not just something to expose in summer with a pretty pedicure but essential equipment for a healthy life. Total care is required from mindful foot exercise to appropriate comfortable footwear. I now think about my previously taken-for-granted feet as central to my health and well being. These little piggies were getting twisted and stiff. Years on my feet then a few years in low heels and desk bound. Wild Toes is reducing my bunions and improving my balance. I recommend them to my clients who are working on their posture and balance.
