Both the SoulMate and training video. The training is inclusive and although I am taking things slowly because of knee pain, my feet (always a problem) feel better after each session. I just have to keep at it.

Even though I have been wearing barefoot shoes for a couple of near now, I wasn't sure how much of a difference this training would actually make, but after just 5 and 1/2 weeks of 20 mins a day, I have already noticed such a difference. My feet already feel stronger and more flexible. Can't wait for the next 7 weeks
I’ve been doing the foot restoration program for the past five weeks and love how easy it is to follow along for each session – no thinking or planning required! I’ve been wearing minimal shoes for 18 months and done some foot collective training before … this is a great intro for newbies and those with a bit more experience. This program makes it easy to form a habit instead of your interest waning after a few weeks. Jim Dooner is an excellent instructor – very clear and offers options to scale up or down depending on your circumstances.
I signed up to the program to see if it could help with reducing pain from Mortons Neuroma. 5 weeks through the 12 week programme and starting to see some noticeable improvement in my foot mobility and signs of some actual movement in toes that previously seemed like they were born not to move! The Mortons Neuroma seems to be easing slowly. The program is super easy to follow and has built up steadily over the 5 weeks so far. Also loving the positivity from Jim and the team during the training and lessons!

I'm 4 weeks into the Foot Restoration Program, and it's been absolutely revelatory. I'm incredibly grateful I've started out in this journey. Within the first week I was starting to observe noticeable changes in my feet - they were awakening and activating, after decades of on and off pain and limiting my activities because of that. After 2 bunion surgeries, arthritic midfoot sections, and ankle instability, I thought this was just what I had to deal with, along with ongoing deterioration as I aged. I was so wrong. Week by week by feet are coming back to life - I'd even say they feel happy! The daily videos are encouraging and fun, with steady progress and learning, and short enough to fit into a busy day. The educational aspect is excellent, and the encouragement to transition to minimalist footwear has been a game changer for me - I wore my Hokas today (that I'd been advised by a podiatrist I should be using due to my feet issues), and after a few weeks without them, they felt ridiculous and unnecessary - and my feet were so glad to be freed from them (especially the toes squished in what I now know to be so unnatural after wearing foot shaped shoes). I look forward to the continued progession and growth over the next 8 weeks of the course - I suspect I'll then start it all over again, and rediscover new elements of natural foot function. Im just starting my 3rd week. Im really enjoying the follow alongs as they are helping me keep up with what to do. Its nice to hear about the mind set in the pod casts as well. I've really started being aware of some if the warmup exercises whilst i walk.
I’ve been following this program for the past month and have already noticed a significant improvement in the pain from my plantar fasciitis. This program offers a wealth of education about the importance of foot health and how it impacts overall wellbeing. It is informative, practical, and easy to follow. Just starting week three of the Foot Restoration Program and I’m loving it! My feet already feel better and the exercises are enjoyable. The lessons are very informative and I can explore more information from all the excellent resources offered. I’m walking barefoot on many different surfaces and getting better at it already. I’m looking forward to comparing how far I’ve come from beginning to end.
Love the simplicity and yet it’s simplicity. Easy to pick up, hard to master exercises on all levels. Love the fun aspect of exercises, again easy to do every day for couple of minutes. Great to have a dedicated 12 week program with the purchase of the SoleMate bundle. My feet are already thanking me.
