I have become very conscious of the importance of having strong, healthy feet as our foundation. The Wild Toes are great quality and I love wearing them. I’ve been following all the support videos too, and my feet are feeling stronger and more ‘grounded’. I’ve recommended them to several others - the benefits are real. I have arthritis in my left big toe and have had a previous right ACL tear 3 years ago. I work in healthcare too and have been blown away by the foot collective resources and information . It has been so helpful. It has made me see the feet in a totally different light . I have bought a pair of endurance Bahe shoes and have embarked on a daily stretching and strengthening routine for my feet and knees and am now starting to see the benefits . The Solemate, and its creators, The Foot Collective, provide a wonderful opportunity to take control over my foot health, something I long wanted to do but lacked the means. I am only at the beginning of what I hope will be a long and fruitful process of discovering what it means to have strong and healthy feet - an exciting place to be!

18 months on from receiving my Solemate and things get better and better. I have avidly stuck to the daily routine of foot excercises, lunges and squats, believing in your mantra 'Consistency Is King'.I'm 65 years old this December and wish so much that this incredible life changing programme had been in my life earlier. I believe it should be taught in schools to ensure that children from a young age can discover quickly how important our feet are to us and that they must be looked after. GP's too could be understanding it's importance. Inspired totally by this programme and the wonders of You Tube shorts I now have a greater understanding of how my body works in its totality and all of it can be done from home. It's not come without some 'hurt so good pain' in realigning my toes but boy was it worth it and still is. Better balance, blood flow, breathing, strength and energy are just a few of the numerous benefits I have gained. Guys your programme is outstanding and thank you for all it's brought me.

After experiencing pain walking, standing or moving, I found TFC and started my barefoot transition - using the tools and attending the workshop enhanced the range of movement, and the pain is no longer Best investment ever!

The product I found was really comfortable to wear around the house. The only thing is I've got a corn between my tiny toe and the next so I haven't been able to wear them on that foot. Definitely great even to put on to paint toe nails great spacers

I’ve been doing foot exercises for a while now to fix an alignment issue (bunion) but while my mobility has improved I haven’t been able to activate the strengthening until I started using the rounded cork blocks which really opened up the right angles to activate my weak muscles / finally yay
