The Foot Collective and SoleMate training has been the best thing that has happened to me this year. Professionally- as a Podiatrist for 22 years-this has literally changed my whole practice. Helping patients regain their movement, mobility , joy and independence while we go on TFC journey together. My friends, family and myself are all on board.. Simple routines, professionally presented, I recommend this to every patient.. with or without tools , 4 to 96 years old, we all take off our shoes and practice together..

As an “elder” I bought the TFC setup to circumvent the disasters of losing balance as I age.
Apart from the benefits of having strong flexible toes to help with balance I also perceive a strengthening and flexibility in my ankles .
The increased awareness I now have of my feet and what they are capable of has also given me that extra edge to my skiing.
The routines in the programme engage your whole body but I find I am focussed on the feet.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the balance beam tool. I have Achilles Tendonitis and was wary about using this, but I also knew tendons love load. So I've been practising my balancing on the days I'm not at the gym and have been so surprised at the increased strength not only in my feet, but all up the chain to my hips. I'm 55 and was feeling quite despondent but this brings me great hope that my achilles will soon be back to as fully functional as possible!
The training in London was interesting and fun. I had been using the blocks for balance at home but had not looked at any videos. This session spurred me on. I have recommended the course to others since attending.
Incredibly useful equipment. I like to use it as a morning routine the wake up my body and nervous system. Also, it makes a workout routine more fun and challenging.
I have tried a variety of equipment to aid my feet. However the SoleMate is my favourite. I find it seems like a natural aid, is pleasing to use, and is helping strengthen my feet and address my bunion troubles.
I am so glad I attended this workshop. Nathan the facilitator was fantastic, really knowledgeable and approachable. As well as leading a really fun and challenging group session, I was able to ask him about my own feet and with a few simple questions he was able to offer some really insightful guidance which I have been able to put into practice straight away 😃

What an awesome collective of such simple tools that have made a huge difference to my feet in a few weeks together with the online exercise regime aka Restoration, the team provide. It all makes sense as to why we land up with Plantar F when we contain our feet in tight shoes! Release them and go with the stretches and Solemate tools provide and you will feel and notice the difference. Only one thing holds you back from having happy feet- not employing the tools and following the exercise regime. Thanks Jim and your team for these magic little tools. :)
knowing abit about feet already i was curious to give the workshop a try. Nathan was a great host full of knowledge and very helpful, it certainly put fun back into training and restoring, i will be looking to give more of the foot collective ideas a try. i am particulary keen to give the explorer membership a try
