TFC Pro Directory Disclaimer

About the TFC Pro DirectoryThe TFC Pro Directory ("the Directory") lists health and movement professionals who are active members of The Foot Collective's Pro community. TFC Pro certification is not a requirement for inclusion in the Directory. Listed Pros may or may not hold current TFC Pro certification. The Directory is maintained by The Foot Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 16 629 674 004) ("TFC").
What "TFC Pro" MeansTFC Pro certification is an educational credential granted by TFC to professionals who complete TFC's structured professional education program in natural foot health, movement principles, and TFC's approach to foot rehabilitation and barefoot transition.
Not all professionals listed in the Directory hold current TFC Pro certification. Certification status is not displayed against individual listings. If certification status is material to your decision to engage a Pro, contact them directly to confirm.
TFC Pro certification does not:
constitute registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), the General Medical Council (UK), or any other statutory health regulatory body;
establish or verify a Pro's competence to practise in any regulated health profession;
constitute endorsement by TFC of a Pro's clinical skills, clinical outcomes, or professional conduct in their registered practice;
constitute a representation that a Pro's services are clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic in nature.
What TFC Has and Has Not VerifiedTFC has verified:
That each listed Pro has accepted TFC's Pro Membership Service Agreement at the time of joining.
TFC has not independently verified:
Whether a listed Pro holds current TFC Pro certification;
Whether a listed Pro holds current registration with AHPRA, the General Chiropractic Council, the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or any other professional regulatory body;
Whether a listed Pro's professional registrations remain current, unrestricted, and in good standing;
Whether a listed Pro's clinical approach, services, or treatment outcomes meet any particular standard;
Whether a listed Pro's insurance coverage is current or adequate for the services they provide.
Your Responsibility to VerifyBefore engaging a listed Pro for clinical, therapeutic, or professional services, you are responsible for independently verifying:
Their professional registration and current registration status (e.g. via the AHPRA public register at ahpra.gov.au, or the equivalent register in your jurisdiction);
Their professional qualifications and clinical scope of practice;
Their professional indemnity insurance; and
Their suitability for your specific health needs and circumstances.
TFC strongly recommends consulting a registered healthcare professional about any specific health condition or injury before beginning any new movement program.
Distinction Between TFC Pros and TFC GuidesThe TFC Pro Directory lists health professionals who have completed TFC's Pro education.
TFC Guides are separately certified TFC event facilitators. Some individuals hold both Pro certification and Guide certification. Where a professional is listed in the Directory and also delivers TFC events as a Guide, their Guide activities are governed by TFC's Guide Contractor Agreement and are educational workshop delivery - not clinical consultation.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Foot Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 16 629 674 004) is not liable for:
the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by any Pro listed in the Directory;
any claim, loss, or damage arising from your engagement with a listed Pro;
any act, omission, or representation by a listed Pro in the course of their professional practice or TFC activities.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law.
PrivacyInformation about TFC Pros listed in the Directory is published in accordance with TFC's Pro Membership Service Agreement (to which each Pro has consented) and TFC's Privacy Policy (https://thefootcollective.com/policies/privacy-policy).

Governing LawThis disclaimer is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. To the extent required by law in your jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
Reporting ConcernsIf you have a concern about a listed Pro's conduct, professional standards, or registration status, you may report it to the relevant professional regulatory body in your jurisdiction:
