Hi, thanks for the foot optimization kit, I really like that I can just have it next to my work desk and hop on it whenever. I would say it's a little overpriced compared to DIY but great product nevertheless.
Change your life!!
The quality of product is ok, i had high hopes on getting support and instruction on the qr linked ap, but it doesnt seem compatable with my phone and when i asked a question about how to get instruction, was directed to a part of ap that is not visible on my android phone. Very disappointing for the outlay and for my need for help. I am battling on making up as i go. Not what i had hoped
I'm an endurance cycling enthusiast and recreational hiker. During my teenage years I sprained my ankle very badly. I think they call it a grade 3 tear. So I have had ankle instability all my life. Even though I do alot of core work in pilates, walk heaps in good shoes and cycle mega kilometres a week my old ankle injury leave me prone to left / right side muscle and tendon strength inbalances in my hips and glutes. 3 weeks in, I can already feel the difference in my toes, ankles and leg muscles, not to mention all the stabilisers in my hips and back as they enjoy playing with the equioment.
I have recommended the foot collective to my physio and osteopath, who now after seeing how its affecting me are letting some of their specific clients know too.
What a fun and great way to train your body to prevent falls and improve your posture. Feels like playing
