I had been feeling so hopeless but after using the sole mate I am already feeling that it’s helping. It’s enabled me to take back control and be on the path to self healing. Can’t thank you enough!
Tried all the online cheap toe spacers and struggled to get any to fit my toes due to poor materials.These are the best and easy to fit.Noticing the improvement already.
Have had ankle issues since putting a big hole in my tibial plafond cartilage with subsequent surgery. This product has been great to get my stabilisers working along with intrinsic foot muscle strength. Lateral ankle pain has more or less gone. Great product with extensive instructional videos to get the most out ofc the product. A bargain.

After significant injuries from a motorcycle accident, I had multiple surgeries as well as many screws and plates inserted into my foot. All components of the TFC Solemate Kit has been instrumental in my foot rehab. I am starting to see improvements in mobility, alignment and strength in both feet, but most importantly my injured foot. I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I’m off to a great start. I bought my wild toes pack 3 months ago when I was told I have capsulitis . I had been training for 80 mile walk for the last stage of Camino de Santiago from Portugal Training stopped and with the help of toe exercises and my podiatrist I leave in 3 days to do the walk . I’ve told many friends about the foot collective the toe spreaders and toe band .. they have watched me do the exercises and are now also invested in their toes and feet .

I’m happy to confirm that with my SoleMates my balance is returning! My husbands feet and balance are already improving within a couple of weeks. We spend more time bare footed now. The quality of the products are very good. There is lots of useful support to help you use the products. They are also fun to use. I believe everyone should be exercising their feet as it’s so important in later life to have good stability and balance.
I was already recognising that I needed to help my feet, with better shoes, specifically. Then I met SoleMate and there is so much more - advice on shoes of course, but also exercises and information that help me understand what and how to work to make my feet happier. Loving it.
