BOOK A CLASS

FAQs

While our classes are a great way to help you start putting your feet first and improving your balance, everyone is different and we always recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional who can properly assess your individual needs and determine the best path forward for you.

You may choose to participate in a Foot Health Consult first, before jumping in to classes. While TFC Foot Health Consults are run by qualified health and movement professionals, their purpose is not to diagnose, manage or treat pain/injury but rather to provide helpful education and guidance around how to improve foot function and balance through exercise and footwear changes.

While many people find that simply improving function helps them improve or eliminate their symptoms, there may be other factors that need to be addressed for your specific situation.

You can find a trusted TFC Pro near you on our directory here, if you have concerns regarding specific conditions.

We do not sell shoes on site however we can help you identify the brand, style and size that would be ideal for your level of function and your goals.

You can then purchase with confidence through our footwear partners online and save up to 20% off using the special discount code you will receive at the consult.

No, TFC Foot Health Consults are not currently covered by private health insurance.

All of the tools and yoga mats you need are provided but if you already have your own SoleMate or hacky sack bring it along!
