The kit was more than I had expected and better than I had hoped for. I love using the beam just randomly sometimes to see I'm not balancing right. i also use it for other exercises that need that bar for overhead movements. it's made of high quality material. i love it. the toe band is great too. i use it all the time for my bunion recovery. Eventually i'll get better at the hacky sack :) but the kit is well worth the investment and is worth the cost. I do encourage anyone thinking of investing to do so. You won't be sorry. Enjoy!!!!
The whole family loves it, it feels more like play rather then just another exercise. The woo beam feels great underfoot.
It's a fun way to integrate small amounts of balance practice into everyday life. My daughter also likes using it. When I first got it, I found it quite difficult. But with regular use, I am becoming much better at it. I don't use it every day, but probably a couple of times a week. I also like using the silicone toe separator at the end of each day.
I bought the beginner beam to re-train my balance, strengthen my ankles, and generally improve my core strength.
I love this apparatus! Training is so much fun - the time just flies as I test my balance. And I’m really enjoying the training videos that come with the purchase.
It’s great that something so simple can be so challenging - and so playful and fun. I feel like a kid again.
I would highly recommend trying this out.
